Our yoga practitioners are certified by reputable yoga teach training programs accredited by Yoga Alliance, and have years of experience leading classes, workshops, and retreats for students of all levels and abilities. Our Reiki practitioners hold certifications from reputable training programs and have completed rigorous training in Reiki principles, techniques, and practices. They have been initiated into Reiki energy through attunements, and have extensive experience providing Reiki sessions and incorporation Reiki into their own holistic wellness practices.

Yoga sessions typically last anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes, although short sessions from 20 - 30 minutes for those who would like to participate in the benefits of yoga but who may not have the time for longer practice. It is recommended to aim for at least 2 to 3 sessions per week to experience the benefits of a yoga practice. However, even attending one session per week can provide noticeable benefits and improvements in flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
